MF 5700 Series Tractors

With this new and straightforward range of tractors, Massey Ferguson has taken the concept of the sub-130hp tractor and re-engineered it from the ground up to meet the needs of present and future farming. Driveline

The Massey Ferguson 5700 Series is understated and probably the most important part of any tractor is its driveline. Every single part of the chassis has been designed from scratch to provide incredible strength, which is a major factor in a tractor’s overall performance. This design provides flexibility, power, durability and outstanding capability.

Engine

This series boasts reliability and fuel economy. The 4.4-litre AGCO Power four-cylinder engine is the heart of the MF 5700 Series, delivering from 100 to 110 hp. As both tractor and engine are manufactured by Massey Ferguson, quality, compatibility and efficiency remain constant throughout.

SCR

Massey Ferguson pioneered SCR Technology as a straightforward solution to comply with the toughest emissions legislation without compromise. This is now the industry standard, but Massey Ferguson are still leading with 25,000 equipped tractors globally!

Transmission

This series features an all-new synchronised transmission, which provides a total of twelve forward and reverse speeds in two ranges. Six gears are within the 4-12km/hr typical fieldwork range and maximum speed is 40km/hr.

Hydraulics & PTO

An open-centre hydraulic system is powered by two gear pumps. The 32 litres/min pump provides internal services, while the 58 litres/min pump allows the rear linkage to lift 4300kg. Also, this oil flow is available via the two standard auxiliary spool valves.

Direct Drive PTO

Each model in the MF 7700 Series is fitted with a 35mm six-spline PTO shaft providing 540, 540E or 1000 PTO speeds and is protected by an independent PTO clutch (IPTO). The electronics control the rate of engagement for more reliability and can be adjusted for the optimum rate of engagement.

Three-point linkage with ELC

The rear linkage has been enhanced to accompany this size of tractor. The machine boasts an impressive lift capacity of 4300kg, so the heavy-mounted equipment can be easily lifted. It also comes with the industry-leading Electronic Linkage Control (ELC) as standard which provides precise and responsive control of linkage functions.
