MF 7700 Series Tractors
The Massey Ferguson’s MF 7700 Series tractors have been designed and built to meet needs across all sectors of the industry – whether it be livestock, arable, mixed or contracting. A large range of power output, transmission, cab specification, hydraulics and PTO variants to choose from means customers can specify a machine that precisely meets their needs.
Engine
Massey Ferguson has developed a unique ‘all-in-one’ system that, in addition to meeting the latest emissions regulations, makes the job easier for the operator.
Cost of Ownership
The MF 7700 Series has been designed to enhance work productivity while reducing the cost of ownership. Engine service intervals in this series have now been widened to 600 hours. Transmission intervals have been set at 1800 hours.
Transmissions
The Power Control facility in the MF 7700 Series manages a total of eight functions, the unique lever combines forward, reverse, and speed ratio. To achieve precision, the right hand of the operator controls the tractor’s movements, while the left is free to adjust other settings.
Operator Environment
The cabs on the MF 7700 Series provide the operator with an environment designed specifically to counter stress and fatigue by providing unparalleled comfort, simplicity and visibility. An automatic beacon activation and comfort light delayed switch-off are just some of the fantastic features available within this machine.
Traction
The MF 7700 series sets the grip standard to which others aspire. The long-wheelbase of 2.88m ensures superior traction, while optimal weight distribution of nearly 50:50 provides reassurance and stability.
Linkage
The MF 7700 brings a high capacity rear linkage of up to 9600kg to handle the heaviest implements easily. External linkage commands from part of the standard equipment, with manual or automatic stabiliser available.
Hydraulics
The MF 7700 provides a load-sensing hydraulic system as standard which delivers 110 lit/min, 150 lit/min or 190 lit/min and each capacity combine high output with low fuel equipment.
Power Take-off
Efficiency and reliability are essential for tractor operators, so Massey Ferguson’s PTO driveline is designed to answer the most demanding questions. Standard PTO speed ensures maximum power is delivered during work; ECO speed achieves the same level, but with reduced fuel consumption and less noise.
MF Technology
The Datatronic 5 system brings all the functions of the MF 7700 tractor, via the touchscreen, to the operators’ fingertips. Instinctive menus combined with smartphone technology provide the operator with all the information they need to achieve optimum machine performance.
