Introducing Scot Agri
Kelso & Lothian Harvesters and A M Phillip Agritech have joined forces to form Scot Agri, a new agricultural brand within The Scot JCB Group.
Scot Agri will provide machinery sales, service and parts from JCB, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, HORSCH, Ktwo, Vicon and more across their six depots in the North East of Scotland and two depots in the Scottish Borders. The roll-out will continue to the current Scot JCB agricultural depots which will be dual-branded with Scot Agri for agriculture products and Scot JCB for construction products.
Robin Bryant, Joint Managing Director at The Scot JCB Group, said: “The rebranding of Kelso & Lothian Harvesters and A M Phillip Agritech to Scot Agri unifies our agricultural companies under one brand while maintaining the same industry-leading service we have always provided.”
Over the coming weeks you will see our staff in their new uniforms, our depot signage changing, and our van livery being updated. Today we have launched our new website scotagri.com where you can find out more about all the new and used machinery we offer.
FAQs
Why are we doing this?
Following a period of growth and several acquisitions, the time was right to bring all our agricultural branding together under the Scot Agri name.
Has the legal structure or ownership changed?
No. The different business names were and still are simply trading names of Scot JCB Limited. The legal entity you are buying from is Scot JCB Limited.
Do I need to change my records?
Our invoices for agricultural depots will be branded as Scot Agri, so you may want to update the supplier record in your own system. The Scot Agri name will also be phased in for agricultural supplies from the rest of the Scot JCB network soon.
Is your bank account changing?
All payments for any part of the Scot JCB group should be made to our Scot JCB Limited Barclays account.
Is there any change to your depot network or to your staff?
No. We continue to trade from our network of 17 depots to offer first class support to all our agricultural, construction and industrial customers.
What about the rest of the Scot JCB Group?
The Scot JCB, Stewart Plant Sales (SPS) and Scot Industrial Air (SIA) trading names will continue for our construction and industrial business. Together with Scot Agri, these names represent the Scot JCB Group.
