Telehandlers Available to Hire
Our hire fleet features a carefully selected range of JCB Series III Agri Loadalls, from the nimble 525-60 Agri Plus through to the powerful 542-70 Agri Xtra. These are the world's number one agricultural telescopic handlers, built for maximum productivity and long-term reliability on farm.
Every machine in the fleet is powered by JCB's 4.8-litre DIESELMAX engine, meeting the latest EU Stage V emissions standards with low fuel consumption and auto-stop technology. Lift heights range from 6m to 7m and lift capacities from 2,500kg to 4,200kg, giving you a machine to suit any task.
The JCB CommandPlus cab gives operators best-in-class space, visibility, and comfort, with seamless one-piece curved glazing that increases front visibility by 14%. All controls are right where you need them, and LED work lights keep you productive day and night. JCB's patented Adaptive Load Control System ensures stability and seamless operation at all times.

Long-Term Hire Discounts from Scot Agri
- 5-9 weeks: 5% discount, max 40hrs/week
- 10-14 weeks: 10% discount, max 40hrs/week
- 15-19 weeks: 20% discount, max 40hrs/week
- 20-24 weeks: 30% discount, max 30hrs/week
- 25+ weeks: 40% discount, max 25hrs/week
- 52 weeks: 1,000hrs per annum
Hire Terms & Conditions
- Maximum 40 hours per week. Additional hours are charged pro rata at £10.00 per clock hour.
- Hire charges are invoiced at the end of each week.
- All servicing and breakdowns are covered by Scot Agri throughout the hire period.
- Daily maintenance must be carried out by the operator as per the operator's manual.
- The machine must be insured by the customer.
- The machine must be returned clean, or an additional cleaning charge will apply.
- Transport from our Forfar depot is chargeable separately and not included in weekly rates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Hire periods are flexible, from a single week upwards. The more weeks you book, the greater the discount, from 5% off at 5 weeks up to 40% off at 25 weeks or more. Annual hire (52 weeks) is based on 1,000 hours per year.
If your machine breaks down, it is covered by Scot Agri during your hire period. Just get in touch with our team and we'll get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Daily checks as outlined in the operator's manual are the responsibility of the operator. All scheduled servicing and any mechanical issues are handled by Scot Agri.
No, the machine must be insured by the customer for the duration of the hire.
Yes, delivery from our Forfar depot can be arranged. Transport costs are charged in addition to the weekly hire rate.
